Planning

You need to write a blog for each lesson- what you did and what you need to do next. Some of you have GREAT blogs. Others are not so good. Remember that if you keep on top of them it is much easier and you are picking up marks for good organisation- part of the planning mark.

Organise a shooting schedule and get filming. You have all got good ideas and plans - filming is vital now. Especially as poor weather is predicted for later in the term.

If you were on the trip, write up anything you think was important about targetting an audience.

Planning Story board and animatic

You now need to create a storyboard. This should clearly show a range of shots, camera angles and titles. You then need to make an ANIMATIC.

1. draw storyboard frames- nice and bold, black pen if possible
2. take individual photos of each frame
3. upload the photos to the computer
4. import the photos into the edit programme
5. drop each image onto the timeline and cut to the required length
6. put music or other sound on the audio timeline
7. add titles or effects/transitions as required
8. export to quicktime and upload to youtube or
9. embed the video onto the blog.
